Welcome to the New Mad Tribe Blog!

April 25th, 2008

It’s been nearly 10 years since I first took my own Gap Year in Ghana which ended up with me setting up Madventurer. The first madventurers who joined me were from Newcastle and Durham University and we have come a long way since then, particularly with the way we let the world know what our madventurer’s get up to! From sticking up posters around the students union in 1998, to getting the first mad website live in 2000, we are now able to give you LIVE information direct from the field with our new BLOG. Everyday we have feedback to our wee Newcastle HQ from our venturers, our amazing crew and the people we work alongside with on development projects – now we will share this with you! Find out the latest on what’s happening on all of our project sites around the world by revisiting us and by engaging in the fantastic experiences that everyone has the opportunity of getting involved with.
