Good morning??? It is just after 7am (11pm in Denver), and I have a few hours to kill in the Amsterdam airport after a 8+ hour first leg. All I have to say, is 'so far, so good'. After a fairly nerve-racking morning, anticipating the unforseen future, I have started to 'chillax' a bit...starting to settle again with the idea of going to Africa! However, knowing me those butterflies will begin to flutter again as I touchdown in Nairobi. We all agreed this would be an adventure, right?

Well...one thing, George was right. This airport is fantastic! Open, bright, tons of shops and restaurants...I better go get some breakfast...or is it dinner?? More to come later! Thanks again for taking an interest....love you all!
